About the Reflexologist
Why I chose reflexology as a profession?
I became passionate about reflexology while visiting my sick aunt in a Montreal hospice; a kind young reflexologist came in to help alleviate my aunt’s suffering from constipation. I was astonished to see how quickly the reflexologist treatment worked, how it relaxed and comforted her, which her meds were unable to do, and was so thankful that the reflexologist was able alleviate my aunt’s suffering for her last few days of life. This inspired me to take a reflexology course with Ontario College of Reflexology. Now I too have many thankful clients whom I have helped deal with their pain.

By manipulating specific reflexes to remove stress and activating a parasympathetic response in the body to enable the disharmonies to be released by a physiological change in the body. With stress removed and circulation improved, the body is allowed to return to a state of homeostasis.

I am very passionate about providing support for people who have gone through or are going through treatment for cancer. A diagnosis will mean having to cope with physical and psychological symptoms during and after treatment. Everyday tasks can become so much more challenging due to some of the effects of treatment, worry and any associated pain.
Reflexology is used widely in cancer care, especially for relaxation, stress relief and wellbeing. A reflexology treatment can be adapted and integrated with your medical care to meet your specific needs.
Reflexology For Maternity Care
Before and during pregnancy, your may experience physical and emotional changes and through reflexology I aim to help you relax, ease stress, anxieties and tensions that you may experience during this time and beyond. My treatments are designed to support women in the pre-conception stage, during pregnancy and the postnatal period. I can provide a treatment tailored to your needs with an aim to help ease some of the common discomforts you may experience such as nausea, morning sickness, constipation, heartburn and more. I will always arrange to speak to you before your treatment and carry out a consultation at your first appointment to make sure I can provide the best treatment for your needs
